11. Values-Driven Leadership Development

This course provides a foundation in how leaders can stand up for the values of the organisation and drive organisational behaviour that is in alignment with a wider social context. It helps senior managers communicate values to shareholders, stakeholders and customers while enhancing the common understanding of organisational and social values as they relate to business drivers.

14. Keep Calm and Manage {being an efficient manager}

This course addresses the manager’s functions of management that are of significance to business management and operations. Supervisors/managers represent an important force in the economy. You have the power to turn on or turn off the productivity of the people who report to you. You are the crucial interface between the employee on the factor, workshop or office floor or the service desk and the managers of the organisation. Although you usually have more technical experience than the employees you supervise, you may not have had a lot of leadership experience.
